At One Wholesale, we strive to provide our retail partners with high-quality inventory and a seamless procurement experience. If your order is damaged or incorrect, our return policy allows for claims to be filed within 14 days of delivery for a full credit or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Claim
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and initiate a formal request.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Upload clear photographs of any damaged goods or shipping discrepancies along with a copy of your packing slip to expedite the verification process.
- 3.Prepare the Shipment
Once your return is authorized, securely repack the items in their original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
- 4.Receive Credit
After our warehouse team inspects the returned inventory, a credit note will be issued to your account balance or a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
